The objectives of this course are to provide insight into best practices associated with the implementation and management of Customer Relation Management (CRM software) and to increase user awareness of the importance associated with accurate and timely data gathering and to understand the business impact associated with building and maintaining business relationships.

Participants will review the components of their current CRM tool and review the objectives associated with the tools functions. Participants will work individually and in groups in guided exercises designed to provide clarity of the system’s functionality and company objectives.

After attending this training, end-users will have the skills needed to gather and manage client and company information, while building and maintaining business relationships.
