Participants will learn the negative impact of unconscious biases in the workplace and where unconscious bias resides in the human mind. Upon completion of this course participants will have an understanding of how they can deconstruct unconscious biases, in order to be a more conscious and ethical decision maker.
Ethics in the Workplace: Understanding the Fundamentals
Participants will learn the fundamental principles of ethics and how ethics differ from governing laws. They will also identify the importance of ethics as it relates to all employees, vendors, suppliers, and governing business practices.
Managing Courageous Conversations
Participants discover the elements needed to manage stress and tension associated with planning and conducting difficult conversations or interactions. Participants will learn how to create a well thought-out communication plan designed to positively influence the outcome.
